Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS:

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders are shipped on Monday thru Friday with the exception of national holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL AND NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES 

We ship internationally and to non-contiguous states. International orders ship through UPS or USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Please note that these costs do not include customs or import duties and that the customer is responsible for these fees. We are unable to calculate these fees because they vary by country.


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after placing an order online. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a separate e-mail with tracking information. You can also create an account at checkout to check the status of your order, and to store order information.


RETURN POLICY

All items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition, unworn with all labels attached and packaging included for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

We are unable to accept international returns, returns on sale items, or returns on used or washed items.

Please click here to apply for a return authorization. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and confirmed to be in new condition.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Since we have limited quantities, we recommend you place a new order for the item you want and then return the original one. Please see our Return Policy for instructions.


REFUNDS & CREDIT

All returns within 30 days will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping once the item is received and the condition is confirmed to be new and unused.
